Only The Begining "60 Minutes features segment on turning wastewater into drinking water"

Back in 2015 Water Technology Magazine published an article about a 60 minutes segment on turning wastewater into drinking water.  Since then more and more municipal water system are looking into direct waste water into drinking water. 
My question is the concentration of pharmaceuticals, disinfection by products, and other non-organic waste in the waste water will cause a greater health risk if not diluted.
